Eye tests are carried out by qualified optometrists and are a refraction and screening service, not a substitute for medical examination by an ophthalmologist; where anything requires a doctor we will refer you. Prescriptions are issued in writing and are valid for one year. Prices shown include the frame and standard lenses of the type selected; specialist coatings, high powers and progressive designs are quoted separately after measurement. Frames may be exchanged within 15 days in unused condition; lenses ground to an individual prescription are non-returnable. The one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame and lens coatings and excludes accidental damage, scratches and loss. Contact lenses require an in-store fitting for first-time wearers and cannot be supplied without one. Replace this text with your own terms, reviewed by your legal advisor, before going live.
